Latonya Arter, 43, and Randy Jones, 46, were taken into custody on the morning of Thursday, March 23, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
The pair is believed to have shot and injured the victim in the 1300 block of North Gilmor Street on Thursday, March 16.
Both suspects were taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where they were charged with attempted first-degree murder and several handgun violations.
